BIOGRAPHY
My name is Abner Modise and I am the Senior Group Exercise Instructor at Fitness First Qatar.
I first gained an interest in group classes when I was 17 years old. This interest quickly developed into a passion and since then I have been dedicated in understanding the group exercise programs.
This journey began when I initially started teaching, family, friends, volunteering at a local gym and developed into my chosen career path in 2017. This career path was an obvious choice for me as I have a natural ability to coach, motivate people to understand and trust in my methods and from this, I have been receiving good feedback from the members. Along with the skills I have developed through the years to be able to design effective goal specific class programs and to pinpoint flaws within a member's lifestyle habits and correct them in a way that is both easy to understand and manageable within their current fitness journey.
My Motto is: NO PAIN NO GAIN
